I was able to restart my computer and push f11 for a restore. I didn’t loose documents (but did loose applications). I got my computer to working and had downloaded the microsoft malware patch for the virus. I did a scan and there were 3 viruses that it removed. Now I can’t get internet. The device manager shows a yellow question mark on the “other devices” folder which opens up to show “ethernet controller” and mulitmedia video controller”. So, I have some problems that I still don’t know how to fix. Anyone have any suggestions??

Mendi – if you’re in XP, go to update.microsoft.com and run the update there.
If you’re in vista, just go to Windows Update on your start menu and run the program.
They should find your missing drivers.
