Pierced Kittens – Pics and video of the pierced gothic kittens that were being sold on eBay before Pennsylvania police arrested a woman on animal cruelty charges.
The pierced kittens were listed on the eBay website under the title “pure black, tailless, pierced, gothic kitten” which featured a photo of a kitten with multiple piercings dubbed Snarley Monster.
Snarley Monster, the goth kitten pictured here, is shockingly described as “a three-month-old, floppy-eared, loveable kitten with a docked tail” in the advertisement.
The animal is pictured on the site with two 14-gauge ear piercings and a “submission ring” through the back of its neck.
The owner asked for offers over $400 for the kitten, the jewellery and a silk submission lead to clip onto the neck ring.
“This is a first,” said animal control officer Carol Morrison after the woman’s house was raided and the kittens seized. “It’s unbelievable anybody would do this to kittens.”
Morrison said the investigation began about a week ago when a man from another state noticed “gothic kittens” being sold on eBay. The kittens were also being sold on a pet classified Web site with an attached picture of a pierced kitten.
“She (the homeowner) thought it was a great idea (to pierce kittens),” Morrison said.
Morrison said charges are likely to be filed against the homeowner.
And that’s the latest news on the eBay sale of gothic pierced kittens.

Allowing this vile woman to continue trading as a grooming parlour for animals, is like allowing a child abuser to run a daycare centre.
She should be banned for life, from being in contact with any animals since she is clearly mentally impaired.

My 11 yr old daughter and myself were shocked that someone would abuse a kitten in this manner. The kitten in the photo does not look like a happy one. What will happen to this little feline? We would LOVE to give it a loving and happy home.

I love animals very much. But lets get real people.
You people do worse to yourselves and your own childeren, when you pierce their ears when girls are little.
Heck, you clip dogs tails, crop their ears, and de-claw cats, and your saying this is some horrible thing???
I for one believe, if you can do it to a human and it’s considered okay, then why should a animal get any better treatment?

You’re just an idiot. Granted, I’m not in agreement with clipping a dog’s tail, cropping their ears, etc. But when you compare having a child’s ears pierced (which, truth be told, they would probably decide to do on their own when they got older anyways) to some stupid-ass bitch poking holes in a cat for no other reason than financial gain, I would venture to say that you’re as whacked as she is. If you’re for it, poke a hole in one of your dogs, cause them undue pain, and THEN say it’s okay. I doubt you would.
