Caylee Died In June – Sources close to the Caylee Anthony case told reporters Thursday that she died in June and that they have overwhelming evidence that Casey Anthony intentionally killed her daughter and was solely responsible for the toddler’s death.
Caylee was 2 years old when she was reported missing in mid-July, a month after she was last seen on June 17, 2008.
Sources said investigators have now established a time frame of death that dates back to June, according to reports returned by forensic botanists and entomologists brought in to analyze the terrain and insect growth where Caylee’s remains were found.
The police sources said plants were growing through the skeleton and bug evidence was also recovered that also supported their conclusion.
Orange County sheriff’s detectives believe Anthony took actions that led to her daughter’s death June 16, which corresponds to the June time frame of death.
Investigators believe Anthony dumped Caylee’s body around June 18 in the wooded area where the remains were found, sources said.
According to test results conducted on the trunk of Anthony’s car by the Oakridge National Laboratory, the girl’s body spent at least two days there before it was dumped, sources said.
A hair, which showed signs of decomposition, was also found in the trunk. Sources said the hair matches hair taken from Caylee’s remains.
Sources said the time frame coupled with other evidence — duct tape found over the mouth of Caylee’s skull, high levels of chloroform detected in the trunk and cell phone pings from Anthony’s phone that place her near the crime scene in mid-June — points only to Anthony as the killer.
Sources said although a cause of Caylee’s death may never be known, they believe Anthony will be convicted based on extremely strong evidence.
Investigators who initially thought that Caylee’s death could have been an accident have changed their minds, sources said.
Casey Anthony on Thursday was required by a judge to attend a hearing that centered around whether autopsy photos of Caylee should be viewed by the jury.
And that’s the evidence showing Caylee died in June.

I have a comment about Kobilenski (sp). I had all the respect in the world for him until he decided to testify for the defense. He changed from an honest, knowledgible and reliable source of forensic evidence to someone that will say anything, dispute the Body Farms findings, and, I believe, outright lie to attempt to have
Casey Anthony aquitted. I don’t know who’s paying him, but it must be a hefty sum. In my opinion, Mr. Kobilenski has made a complete ass of himself. Most of his answers are misleading and, I believe, outright lies. How dare he dispute the findings of the Body Farm???? They are the most reputable laboratory in the U.S. and possibly the world. Come on, Nancy! There has got to be another expert that is familiar with the case. I would not even give him the satisfaction of being questioned as an expert, because if he is going to twist the truth, lie and be intentionally dishonest for the almighty dollar, he is no expert. I am sick sick sick of hearing poor casey,that fool has no right to be the one to even make arrangements nor movie deals nor book deals,had she thought about the out come of money and her defense she wouldnt be in this perdicament what a HORRIBLE YOUNG MOTHER.I feel if there is ANY monitary monies from this poor baby to be made it should ONLY BE SPENT ON BUYING HER A GIANT toumbstone and or mousaluem,SHE is the ONLY ONE THAT SUFFERED here,it should be used for exploited children or something not that little witch casey,she shouldnt be ALLOWDED that is just like saying go ahead kill your kid and make money! I acnt stop thinking about this case it makes me sick,I am sure this atty for casey isnt that STUPID thinking if the trial goes to another county in flordia it will make a diffrence,because if he does that FOOL GIRL will get what she deserves to the end,how dumb are her attronys??? And for CINDY I know it must be hard for her to even belive her daughter is a monster but if she cares any about her baby garandaughter SHE WILL LAY HER TO REST and not wait for casey to get out like I think she is doing.I honestly think cindy knows something more than everybody thinks and for the grandfather I fell so bad because he has a sick daughter and a wife that seems to be so overbearing and worried about all the wrong things but what is most importat thats putting HER GRANDAUGHTER TO HER FINAL RESTING PLACE!!!!!! I am wondering if its not done soon CANT the STATE STEP IN???

Needless to say: we all know that “PARTY GIRL-KILLER-CASEY”is absolutely nothing but a Monster.I do not even understand how so many even find her attractive.She is not attractive- she is ugly and her ugliness is going to show “in full” at the very end when she gets convicted.Do you all remember TED BUNDY?He looked handsome-didn’t him? Casey Anthony Affadavit – I Am Not Selling Caylee’s Story
ORLANDO, Fla. – Casey Anthony said Tuesday, March 10, 2009 that she believes prosecutors are “angry because I have refused to take a plea agreement for a crime that I did not commit.”
The handwritten words – including capital letters for “DID NOT” — are part of a sworn affidavit she signed on Tuesday.
The affidavit also states that she has no agreements to sell her story or “that of my daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony.”
Anthony’s defense attorney filed the affidavit as part of his objection to a prosecution motion that is seeking to find out where Anthony is getting money to fund her defense.
Prosecutors on Monday said they want a judge to find out where Anthony, who is charged with her daughter Caylee’s death, is getting the money to pay for her defense team.
They want Judge Stan Strickland to require Baez to produce all deposit records, retainer agreements and licensing arrangements. If any of these dealings exist, prosecutors want Casey Anthony to sign a waiver saying she’s aware of them. Baez said he’s been consulting an ethics lawyer all the way and said Monday he planned to file a sworn motion repeating his stance that he’s done nothing unethical.
Repeatedly, Baez has declined to say who is paying for her legal dream team. He said it’s nobody’s business.
As questions persisted, Baez said he has “done nothing but conduct myself in a most professional manner, and that he has done nothing unethical” when asked about the role he played in building the defense fund.
One of the lead prosecutors said this deal could lead to a potential conflict of interest for Baez. Baez said this is a “witch hunt,” and the state has “no evidence” to prove their allegations because he’s done nothing wrong.
If Baez has made improper side deals for book or movie rights to the case, prosecutors said the arrangement could be “fraught with potential conflict of interest.” One criminal defense attorney said it could give Casey Anthony grounds to ask for another trial.
For their part, prosecutors said they “are not trying to block Baez from representing Casey.”
Meanwhile, on Thursday, attorneys for Casey Anthony and her parents, George and Cindy, are scheduled to head back to court to argue motions. The Anthonys’ attorney is going to ask the judge to keep George Anthony’s suicide note from being made public.
