Alex Phillips MySpace – Wisconsin teenager Alex Phillips used his MySpace page to vent at his 16-year old ex-girlfriend by posting racy cellphone pictures below that she sent Phillips on MySpace email.
Alex Phillips MySpace account has been removed from both MySpace and from the Google search results after the legal paperwork started flying, so there’s no way anyone will be seeing the pictures of Phillips ex-girlfriend.
According to the police compaint filed by his 16-year old ex-girlfriend, she had taken some very explicit cellphone pictures on two different occassions and emailed to Alex Phillips email at his Myspace account.
One racy MySpace picture showed “YLK” – identified as a white, dark-haired female – wearing nothing at all in her bedroom.
The other MySpace picture sent to Alex Phillips was taken several months later and showed an up-close, rear view of his now ex-girlfriend.
The young lady in the MySpace photos posted on Alex Phillips page had broken up with him and he was just “venting” by posting her pictures along with some very specific captions described in the police report here.
And of course, Alex Phillips made it even worse when the police contacted him and told him to remove the pictures from his MySpace page, which he promptly refused to do in no uncertain terms.
So, young Mr. Phillips – pictured in the mug shot above – got charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor. Definitely a prime candidate for a Darwin Award right there!

how can he possibly get in trouble for having CHILD PORNOGRPHY when shee sent them? make sence people?
and second of all.. yea what he did was messed UP… but she shouldnt have been taking them in the first place shes 16 years old.. alex is 17b years old.. he loved her and i should know.. he got angry and he was venting.. hes a teenager.. what would u expect him to do…
Which is worse, the person who watches child pornography, or the person who CREATES it? Aren’t both really breaking the law? I suggest that the “victim” (yeah right) in this case also be arrested for creating and distributing child pornography.
Or everyone involved COULD exercise a nickle’s worth of common sense and realize that this is just 2 kids being kids and let it all drop.
I second both of your opinions. I hope he posts her name somewhere for the public to see after he gets out of jail or whatever for us to laugh at and mock the slut.

I can not believe those that are supporting that clown Alex. Yes, it is child porn and yes, he is responsible. What kind of person is he to do that to someone and to someone that he might of cared about. I am sure she regrets what she did as such other girls who exploit their bodies. Her punishment is far worse than his because regret and embarrasment is far harder to get over than a fine,, jail, etc. He is a loser for doing that and that is a character trait that he needs to correct. Hopefully, he will know his wrong and respect others. I also hope he is listed under sex offenders. His attitude and behavior is disguisting and he broke the law. As for those in support and have blinders on to the bigger issue… you really need to grow up and it is not a laughing matter.
