Casey Anthony Diary – A secret diary kept by Casey Anthony includes a confession that she killed her daughter Caylee Anthony.
The Casey Anthony diary was found in a search of Casey’s parents home after Caylee’s body was discovered nearby.
Police impounded as evidence a shocking “diary of death” in which Casey Anthony basically admits to killing her angel-faced daughter, sources told reporters.
The detailed handwritten diary written by Casey, which covers the days immediately before and after Caylee’s death, is so damning that prosecutors might reconsider seeking the death penalty.
In the diary, Casey said she planned to murder her daughter as a “mercy killing” to keep her out of the hands of her mother, Cindy.
Police believe the night before Caylee died, Casey and her mother had a vicious fight, and Cindy Anthony swore that she would take the little girl away from her daughter Casey for good.
“Casey snapped,” a source told reporters. “In her sick mind, she became convinced that Caylee would be better off dead, in heaven, than in the hands of her mother.”
Orange County authorities recently released 650 pages of evidence, including one page of a diary in which Casey wrote: “I have no regrets, just a bit worried. I just want for everything to work out okay. I completely trust my own judgment. I know that I made the right decision.”
The diary contains other shocking details, including notes Casey had written about chloroform and the deadliness of pesticides, says the source.
In it, she also refers to Caylee as “the little snot” and revealed that she killed Caylee because she was “taking care of something” and “punishing someone,” meaning Cindy, divulged the source.
“Police are firmly convinced that Caylee’s death was not an accident, but an intentional murder. The reason they are so sure is this diary, in which Casey basically admits she killed her daughter,” said the source. “I think this diary is the ultimate smoking gun – dead bang physical evidence that proves beyond a doubt that Casey is guilty.”
Cops found the diary when they searched the Anthonys’ Orlando home shortly after Caylee’s body was discovered nearby in a wooded area in December, but have been trying to keep its existence under wraps, said the source.
Casey Anthony’s diary will be presented as evidence at Casey’s murder trial, now scheduled for Oct. 12, according to sources close to the investigation.

Why would she, planning such a thing, would not dispose of diary and hold on to it forever? It can not be true. She did not have to write notes about chemicals, she is as smart as her mother, she could remember what she needed to know. The whole diary story does not fit. She could have spoke of anything else, the words are too wage, anyway.

Casey Anthony Trial Update – Felony Fraud Case To Be Heard First
The trial for Casey Anthony’s check fraud case is set for Jan. 25, according to court officials. A pre-trial hearing will be on Dec. 18.
Casey Anthony, 23, is charged with more than a dozen fraud counts, including check forgery. She’s accused of writing $662 in checks that belong to a friend.
Her defense team has asked that the trial be moved outside of Orange County.

There is to much of a risk getting rid of it expecially when you have media following you around. I think Casey actually thought that she was going to get away with it.As for killing Caylee to punish her mother is beyond me. The is no way that I could begin to understand. Casey Anthony is a vindictive, spoiled, selvish slut. She’s had everything given to her, and when that didn’t work she used her looks to get what she wanted. She was too lazy to work, hence the check fraud and too lazy to be a mother, hence the death of Caylee. All she had to do was give custody to her mom and dad and get the fuck out. But, she couldn’t do that because she was just a baby herself. She had no get up and go, no gumption, no idea of what it really means to be a big girl. She had to get rid of the competition, Caylee. Because she wasn’t the baby anymore. Instead of giving her everything she wanted, the grandparents doted on Caylee instead of Casey. I think she was jealous. Jealous of a three year old, because she was getting all of the attention now. Casey wasn’t in the spotlight anymore and she couldn’t deal with that…so what to do? She’ll get rid of her. That way she’s back in the spotlight again. Everyone feels sorry for her because her beautiful little girl is missing and she’s #1 again. Casey Anthony is a lying, scheming, ruthless bitch. She deserves everything and more that the courts will give her. Problem is, she’ll probably wind up in prison like Susan Smith, another bitch who deserves to die. Either way, no matter what the courts decide, Casey and Susan will still have to answer to a higher power. Karma is a mysterious thing, they need to watch out.

But the date had only the month and day on the page, not the year. Even though, most people believe she was referring to Caylee, but can’t prove it. She can try to stretch this out as long as wants, but it’ll all come out in the wash. It always does! And if she is found GUILTY, heaven help her. A lot of people DO NOT like her. Or any child murderer for that matter in prison. They’ll wipe that smile right off her smug little face.

Yeah, the jealousy thing with Casey and her 2 year old daughter Caylee is a trip. Borderline Personality Disorder is what it looks like, they are like that. Compete with their children, especially mothers and their daughters. The baby/her parents were forcing her to grow up and she did not like that. She prefers having things handed to her, or steal them if they weren’t. At first I’m sure it worked, using Caylee as a pawn to get what she wanted out of Cindy. But when Cindy finally had enough and said grow up or get out. That was too much for Casey to handle. “You don’t want me, you won’t have Caylee” type of deal. At least that’s what it looks like. Who the hell knows with this family?

Her Mother Cindy had it right when she told one of Casey’s friend’s she thought her daughter was a Sociopath. Right on the nose Cindy. Sociopath’s are usually charming, habitual liars, self centered, with a displaced sense of entitlement to have what they want and they will “get rid” of obstacles to get what they want, including murder, and have no remorse whatsoever, no feelings of guilt . I read Caylee’s Autopsy report and I cried. How terrified that baby must have been to have her mouth taped (that was wrapped a couple of times around her little head). To have her Mother, the person she most trusted in the world, so cruelly snuff out Caylee’s life, just so she could live the wild single life she wanted. I’ve no doubt the baby was hysterical and so afraid, with no one to help save her. Then to be dumped on the side of a road like yesterday’s garbage, Casey didn’t even have the decency to give her daughter a respectable burrial, allowing animals to tear Caylee’s body apart and to be eaten by them and bugs. There is a special hell waiting for her. She murdered one of God’s littlest angels. I hope she gets the death penalty.

Actually if you look up on other sites, they did reveal to the public about one journal entry. The entry is dated “June 21,” and reads:

If this diary is so incriminating why hasn’t it been brought up in trial. I kind of doubt the existence of any evidence in it. Casey is guilty as evidenced by her behavior and evidence in car trunk. Six experienced noses said it had a decomp body in it, for crying out loud. All this redundant forensic cr&p is just that.

Dancing On Caylee’s Grave—- That is exactly what Casey Anthony was doing in 2008 during those 31 days after Caylee’s death and that is what Casey and her Jose Baez team of defense attorneys were doing at the bar across the street from the Orlando courthouse on July 5, 2011, drinking champaign and having a party to celebrate freedom for Caylee’s killer. What poor taste and total lack of respect for Caylee . It was all a game to Baez. Just beat the prosecutor, and I’ll be rich from selling books and appearing on talk shows. That was his game plan from the beginning. The truth about Caylee’s murder didn’t matter, that’s obvious. Just win and I’ll be rich. It is beyond disgusting and disappointing that this jury did not have the brains or courage or common sense to give Caylee the justice she deserves. Hopefully someone Casey meets on the street, or in one of those party bars one of these dark nights will give Casey what she really deserves. May Caylee’s ghost and memory haunt Casey for the rest of her (hopefully short) life. RIP Caylee, Grandpa George will be with you to pull that wagon again, probably real soon.

I have lost all faith in our justice system. I think the state attorney’s did a wonderful job. But there are a lot of stupid people out there, who sit on these jury’s. We just had a great example of 12. Gaylee’s soul will never rest until this BITCH is dead, then little Caylee will have justice and her soul will rest….. For Michelle, good question the diary was not allowed as evidence, because her attorney’s said it was hear say ! And her attorney Beaz, also said how does anyone know she wrote those words. My question to is (Who Did, little Caylee.)
I have followed this case since day one, back in 2008.

ok, i’m confused. a diary that clearly states a confession of all things and ways of murdering her girl, just because of her mother. this is what gets me. what the hell was the judge, jury thinking? ” ultimate smoking gun”? omfg ever hear of the madman’s notebook? he just had issues , what casey wrote was a clear way of executing a murder and they let her go?! IVE SERIOUSLY LOST ALL FAITH IN THE SYSTEM there is no sense in that. and clearly there’s something else to it that isn’t being said, that’s pertinent to the whole deal, not to mention lying about where she worked etc. here’s my question, and its legitimate. why hasn’t a polygraph been done and why was the diary overlooked as a main source of casey’s mental state and a clear sense of purpose that it plainly states?

i dont think they did give the jurry this diary, of casey saying she killed her little girl, if they did the jury would of found her guilty! thats prove that she did kill her! she is a verry sick women, i dont believe she got a way with murder!

any psychiatrist will tell you that, when someone writes out things like that in a diary or whatever, is a plain “intention” and the idea itself would be , or would have been considered as premeditated . now her parents wont even help her in any way, that sounds more like , something they haven’t said or that wasn’t brought out or considered. whole thing stinks.

that for the most part is true CC. the gloves were too small back then and now its evidence that wasn’t presented that clearly states intent. doesnt matter now OJ’s age time he got for his stunt last time is basicly life to him anyway. this casey girl is either playing on the jury for reason of insanity to cloud the fact or shes clearly disgruntled at her mother for something. its odd that some one recently got time for self defense but she walked.. obviously the laws arent clear on written intent and the act itself. like self defense law says, you actulay have to be shot or stabed before its deemed self defense.. glad im from japan lol

This article has no author. It directly quotes no one, and there is no way of proving if it is true or a bunch of horse poopie. Noe I am no advocate of Casey, not for her or against her. I think killing ones own kid is something pretty terrible, but you are all wanting to kill her based on questionable evidence. This article proves nothing. Where is the diary? Why didnt they show any pictures of it? Film of the police taking it out of the house? anything at all to prove this is not a lie? the author of this piece did not even sign it themselves so maybe it is a made up story to convince the public and anyone who believes whatever they are told. Just think about it, lots of people have been convicted of crimes for which they are innocent in this same way. It could have happened to any one of us. Dont be gullible.

I may not know this kid but I think its sad that a innocent little girl’s mom would do such a thing then deny her own daughters death.That’s wrong and I think the mother is GUILTY she just trying to make it seem as if she is not which many people do that in this days just to get out of a bad situation.RIP to Cayle she must be in a better place right now,Casey didn’t deserve to have any kids !!
