Casey Anthony Diary – A secret diary kept by Casey Anthony includes a confession that she killed her daughter Caylee Anthony.
The Casey Anthony diary was found in a search of Casey’s parents home after Caylee’s body was discovered nearby.
Police impounded as evidence a shocking “diary of death” in which Casey Anthony basically admits to killing her angel-faced daughter, sources told reporters.
The detailed handwritten diary written by Casey, which covers the days immediately before and after Caylee’s death, is so damning that prosecutors might reconsider seeking the death penalty.
In the diary, Casey said she planned to murder her daughter as a “mercy killing” to keep her out of the hands of her mother, Cindy.
Police believe the night before Caylee died, Casey and her mother had a vicious fight, and Cindy Anthony swore that she would take the little girl away from her daughter Casey for good.
“Casey snapped,” a source told reporters. “In her sick mind, she became convinced that Caylee would be better off dead, in heaven, than in the hands of her mother.”
Orange County authorities recently released 650 pages of evidence, including one page of a diary in which Casey wrote: “I have no regrets, just a bit worried. I just want for everything to work out okay. I completely trust my own judgment. I know that I made the right decision.”
The diary contains other shocking details, including notes Casey had written about chloroform and the deadliness of pesticides, says the source.
In it, she also refers to Caylee as “the little snot” and revealed that she killed Caylee because she was “taking care of something” and “punishing someone,” meaning Cindy, divulged the source.
“Police are firmly convinced that Caylee’s death was not an accident, but an intentional murder. The reason they are so sure is this diary, in which Casey basically admits she killed her daughter,” said the source. “I think this diary is the ultimate smoking gun – dead bang physical evidence that proves beyond a doubt that Casey is guilty.”
Cops found the diary when they searched the Anthonys’ Orlando home shortly after Caylee’s body was discovered nearby in a wooded area in December, but have been trying to keep its existence under wraps, said the source.
Casey Anthony’s diary will be presented as evidence at Casey’s murder trial, now scheduled for Oct. 12, according to sources close to the investigation.

Casey,I agree with betty you are that stupid,didn’t think this murder out to smart did ya!! What did Caylee every do to you but give you that sweat little look in all of the photos she actually looked like she loved you,how could you hurt someone that pretty that actually had a heart. They need to put you out of your sweat in jail, and let you see what those inmates are going to do to you. It will happen maybe not know, but I know in my heart “it will be soon”. If you hated your mother so bad that you have killed your on daughter. What have you got from it all you have done is got fatter while your mother gets all the spotlight in everybodies eyes. All you done is got mom rich, she gets to spend all the money that you have gotten her by being such a stupid lieing slut! Why don’t you just confess to the world that you killed baby Caylee. If you have got the cat hairs to kill your on daughter, and all the evidence is all on you. Your diary is your death sentence. You won’t ever get to see Caylee again,because if they give you the death pently you will burn in hell. Your mother will get to see Caylee again either way you lose.

Why would she, planning such a thing, would not dispose of diary and hold on to it forever? It can not be true. She did not have to write notes about chemicals, she is as smart as her mother, she could remember what she needed to know. The whole diary story does not fit. She could have spoke of anything else, the words are too wage, anyway.

Casey Anthony Trial Update – Felony Fraud Case To Be Heard First
The trial for Casey Anthony’s check fraud case is set for Jan. 25, according to court officials. A pre-trial hearing will be on Dec. 18.
Casey Anthony, 23, is charged with more than a dozen fraud counts, including check forgery. She’s accused of writing $662 in checks that belong to a friend.
Her defense team has asked that the trial be moved outside of Orange County.
Prosecutors wanted the fraud trial to be held before Casey Anthony’s murder trial. She is accused of killing her daughter, Caylee Marie.

Why wouldnt she keep the diary? Those were her secrets. Some one who is crazy and clearly she is crazy would keep it. There is to much of a risk getting rid of it expecially when you have media following you around. I think Casey actually thought that she was going to get away with it.As for killing Caylee to punish her mother is beyond me. The is no way that I could begin to understand. How could she hate her mother so much that it made her forget about the love for her beautiful little girl???I hope she gets the death penelty thats the only thing that will make her relize how messed up she is. Who knows I am sure that the women in prison all hate her as much as I do!!!

Casey Anthony – You are a demon from hell and condemed to die the day you were born, you put to rest a beautiful little girl who loved you unconditionally, probably the only one as I know what you are and everyone that crossed your path, men and women seen right through you. Your
goals in life were to destroy lives of others. I can not
blame your mother for the death of your daughter but you
both are of same nature and it stinks. I hope your father
leaves your mother and you and never looks back as he
was probably unaware of the full force and viscious arguments you and your mother had. If he was around when things were bad, he would have eventually kicked both of your butts down the road and look for life elsewhere. I hope you both suffer and lead a life of constant decharacterization and destructive critisim, not death as it takes away the pain and suffering, something you deserve as part of society. The world hates you!!! and believe me hate is not something that comes easy for any man, woman or children. If our justise system gives you any kind of a break or a technicality comes down on you your life will be on the line every step you take outside of protective custody, and if they sentence you to life in prision, were we have the worst of worst they will take you down in a second. Crimes they committed were for the most part in self defense, you took the life of a little girl, who loved you and dependended on you for
survival, it was you who brought her into this world.

ok, who needs resources? if you have ever seen the tapes and actually watched her then u can see that she seriously has problems…and if anyone were to question this to be true … maybe you got the same issues! She is fucking selfish … she is trying to blame it on her mom, maybe if she was doing what she was supposed to do then she wouldnt have even needed to worry about her mom taking her away- atleast her mother would of had that right since Casey was the “party animal.” She was not a responsible mother, clearly. She didn’t even notify anyone for a month after her daughter was missing! and you think thats ok? Really? are you just fucking dumb, mentally challenged or what? sounds like she never cared and she wanted to do her own thing when she wanted without a child holding her down. bottom line. she is not even acting remoursful and that tells you she doesnt care. her saying that she is worried about her mother taking her daughter and this is to benefit caylee she had an option to walk away and take her daughter with her, plus why would you kill the daughter? if anything you would kill your mother! seems backwards, shes just a selfish attention seeking little girl. i hope she gets the death penalty and suffers in the process, she deserves to burn in hell, prison is too luxury…. i hope they put her to death. people like that don’t even deserve the chance to live.

I just want to see her die, we dont need people like that here on earth. but i will tell you what, she ever gets out, or leads her life in jail were she comes across others, she will be hated and someone will kill her in the process whether it is in prision (hopefully serverely beaten) or out on the streets, i no someone will be willing to go to that extent. she’LL NEED WITNESS PROTECTION to cover her ass. harm a defenseless child like that….that has done nothing but love. children her age dont no how to hate the way people do as we grow, and there is no child that ever deserves to go through what caylee did. May she rest in peace from the devil, her mother. atleast no she can be at peace without the harm and neglect of those around her. and i agree, i hope casey’s father walks away and leaves the both of them. he seems to be a good man that wasnt aware of the situation.
