Kristy Lynn Hammonds – Hammonds is a convicted sex offender arrested with co-worker Michael Setzer for contaminating food at a Dominos Pizza where they worked and posting a gross YouTube video of it.
Of course, Kristy Lynn Hammonds and Michael Setzer were so smart that they used their real first names in the video they made of Setzer sticking cheese up his nose before placing it in a sandwich for a customer.
Setzer also waved a salami under his rear end while Hammonds intoned in her voiceover to “do it again, do it again” and urges him to keep putting the cheese up his nose.
Hammonds says the sandwiches were meant to be delivered soon to customers and that “little did they know that the cheese was in his nose.”
The two were tracked down from clues in the video, fired from their jobs and arrested for distributing prohibited foods, a North Carolina statute that also prohibits tampering with Halloween candy.
Kristy Lynn Hammonds, 31, was convicted of sexual battery and is 5′ 3″ tall and weighs 160 pounds. She remains in jail unable to post her $7,500 bail and could be charged with violating the terms of her probation.
Hammonds and Setzer also face a civil suit from Domino’s Pizza over the damage to the firm’s reputation caused by their gross YouTube video.

Actually, you can commit a regular assault ( like say stab someone) and plea to a “lesser”charge in some states. The offenders list is a policy and doesn’t equate to everyone being a sex offender, which is really annoying to the people who are trying to identify the REAL sex offenders in their neighborhoods. The advantage normally to pleading to sexual battery is reduced/no jail time – as jacked up as that sounds.

The person that has a civil suit is the person or ANYONE that ordered from them that day. What a group of disgusting and unprofessional people. If that’s their attitudes and mentality, it makes one wonder about the folks that hired them! Seriously, how stable can the managment be? Refardless, I say the good people of that community should sue the hell out of that one particular store, hell even go after the entire franchise. And those two idiots deserve some time behind bars! F’ing idiots.
