fbstarter.com – Facebook has been hit again by another phishing site fbstarter.com, which tries to steal your login email and password to go after your personal information.

The fbstarter.com website duplicates the Facebook home page and is promoted by fake messages from your friends’ accounts that have already been hacked by the phishers.
This Facebook phishing attack is brought to you by the same bad guys who promoted fbaction.net and kromker.net. There will undoubtedly be more in the days and months ahead.
Facebook has already blocked outbound links to this fbstarter site from working within Facebook
Ignore the message, don’t click on any links to www.fbstarter.com in suspicious email messages, and tell your friend to change their password ASAP.
And that’s the latest news on the latest Facebook phishing site, fbstarter.com.

Facebook has responded: “This is a phishing attack. We’re well aware of it and are already blocking links to these new phishing sites from being shared on Facebook. We’re also cleaning up phony messages and Wall posts and resetting the passwords of affected users. We think this is related to the fbaction.net/fbstarter.com campaign of a couple weeks ago.”
