Sickles High School Yearbook Photo – Here are yearbook photos from Sickles High School in Tampa showing the young lady who went commando to school to avoid having panty lines show.
After the Sickles High School yearbooks were distributed Monday, students noticed that the pottery club photo offered a rather revealing glimpse of one 16-year old girl.
While the school administration downplayed the photo and said it was just a shadow, the sweet young thing decided to give an interview with a local TV station and admitted that it was exactly what it looked like.
The young “lady” in the photo admits on camera that she didn’t wear underwear that day, but says she didn’t show herself like that on purpose, “Absolutely not. It is ridiculously embarrassing.”
All of the administrators are trying to downplay it and saying I should really laugh it off and come back to school, but I’ve been humiliated,” said the girl, who now says she won’t return to school for the rest of the year.
And of course, her mother Jeanette wants the school to recall all the yearbooks and have them reprinted without the embarrassing photo at the school districts expense, all because her daughter didn’t want her panty lines showing in a seated photo. Well, duh!

from what i’m reading from some of the students here, i can imagine how you probably treated her before this. Just from the comments, i’m sure those names you call her because of her last name aren’t new. So now what, you have a reason to treat her like trash? It wasn’t ok before but it’s ok now?

I think your missing the point there John. You realise this is an underage girl and a school yearbook?
Your comparing showing some boxer shorts or gstring which is common trend in this day and age to a school photo showing underage genitalia. You have a problem with wearing underwear mate? Stay in the house. Society has laws and decency.
It’s funny how us Australians love to talk down Americans as if we’re superior yet our entire culture, fashion, technology, movies, music, trends all comes from America. Its a joke that you would criticize American attitudes of free will when Australia constantly tries to be so politically correct and ridiculously perfect in every way, trying to point the finger and at every lil mishap needing a villain and punishment, after they’ve adapted and learnt what the rest of the world does. Tell me what have we done for the world compared to the USA?
