Jennifer Dugan Spiderman Suicide – Lucy Gordon, who played Jennifer Dugan in Spiderman 3 committed suicide in her Paris apartment by hanging herself from the ceiling.
The unexplained Lucy Gordon aka Jennifer Dugan Spiderman 3 actress suicide was apparently a ghastly sight when police broke into her apartment in a fashionable area along the Seine river in central Paris.
“It was a horrific scene,” said one police officer. “The young woman had taken her own life in terrible circumstances. We are not seeking anyone else. It was a clear case of suicide.”
Lucy Gordon had recently finished a picture that was premiering at the Cannes Film Festival and friends were worried when they couldn’t reach the 28-year old British actress.
A Cannes Film Festival organizer told reporters: “We are devastated by this news. All those attending the festival had been hugely impressed by Lucy’s work. She was a star in the making.”
Gordon had recently moved to Paris from New York to act in two more films due out this year, and appeared to have everything to live for.

Lucy Gordon’s boyfriend questioned in suicide
The boyfriend of British actress Lucy Gordon was being questioned by police today after her lifeless body was found hanging from the ceiling of her Paris flat.
While police initially ruled out foul play and described it as suicide, the 28-year-old’s death is under judicial investigation.
Detectives have been told that her boyfriend, who had not been named, was heard arguing with Miss Gordon on Tuesday night.
He claimed to have gone to bed, and then woke in the morning to find his young lover – who was due to turn 29 tomorrow – had hanged herself.
Shocked by the horrific scene, he ran into the street below where he alerted a local shopkeeper.
Miss Gordon, who had starred in number of big budget Hollywood films including Spider-Man 3, appeared to have everything to live for.
A former model, she had just played the actress and singer Jane Birkin in a biopic about the late French singer Serge Gainsbourg currently being previewed at the Cannes Film Festival.
She lived in a £2,000-a-month two-bedroom rented apartment in the bohemian 10th arrondissement of Paris, an up-and-coming area popular with young professionals on the Right Bank of the Seine .
Neighbours have told police that she was seldom home, as she was always out working or socialising.
But on Tuesday night, one told police that she allegedly heard a ‘a couple rowing’.
She claimed: ‘It might not have been anything too serious, but they clearly weren’t getting on.’
The unnamed boyfriend has told police that he was ‘sleeping’ while Miss Gordon killed herself.
He then rushed down into the street below, screaming: ‘Call the police – my friend has hung herself.’
He also told detectives that Miss Gordon had been deeply affected by the recent suicide of a friend back in Britain.
