Heather Zeo – North Penn High School math teacher Heather Zeo was arrested for having a sexual relationship with a 17-year old student in her minivan and her classroom.

Seems 36-year old Heather Zeo, a married mother of three who performs music at area churches and has a Christian music CD available on iTunes, used Facebook to set up her teacher-student liasons.

After her arrest, Heather Lynne Zeo was suspended from her teaching job. She is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and corruption of minors, authorities said.
Zeo, of Warrington Township, Bucks County, began having sexual conversations and contact with the student in and out of school starting in April and continuing up until her arrest.
Montgomery County district attorney Risa Ferman told reporters, “I do not have the impression from any of the information we have that this was a ‘love affair’ of any sort — this was simply teenagers taking what they had available to them.”
In addition to the sexual relationship with one of her students, Zeo is accused of having suggestive Internet chats with another student. That sexually explicit chats included several invitations from Zeo for him to visit her classroom when she was alone so they could have sex, the district attorney said.
And that’s the latest news on the arrest of naughty teacher Heather Zeo.

Looks like it’s going to trial as the preliminary hearing didn’t go well for Heather Zeo.
Prosecutors say Heather Lynne Zeo had sex with one of her students in the back seat of her family minivan and was reportedly kissing and fondling the student inside her classroom, according to CNN.
Zeo also had sexually explicit chats with another student on the social networking site Facebook, according to prosecutors. CNN reports the student claimed he was told to delete any evidence of the conversation.
Both of the students are 17-year-old boys.
Zeo has been suspended from her job at North Penn High School in Lansdale.
A Montgomery County prosecutor said at Wednesday’s hearing for the 36-year-old teacher that Zeo engaged in a “calculated seduction.” Defense lawyer Marc Neff says the boys were the aggressors.
Zeo is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and four counts of corruption of minors.

Yep, she’s going to trial in the case:
A former math teacher at North Penn High School in Montgomery County accused of having sex with one of her students and sending sexually explicit messages to another student has been ordered held for trial.
Both 17-year-old boys testified at Heather Zeo’s preliminary hearing. Under intense cross-examination from the defense, they told the judge how Zeo used social networking sites and the Internet to communicate with them.
Prosecutor Kate McGill says the 36-year-old Warrington, Pa. woman will stand trial on child endangerment charges:
“This was really a calculated seduction. I think in this situation where she reached out to these students on Facebook, she contacted them, she developed a relationship with them. they trusted her.”
Prosecutors say she had sex several times with one of the teens, inside classrooms at the school and in her family minivan in a Montgomeryville parking lot

This is so shocking to discover. I have known Heather Zeo for many years. We go to the same church. I seen her raise her three young children. I never in my life would have expected this at all. I always looked up to her as a person who was really close to God and just an overall good Christian. Now that i discover this shows me great disappointment. Being friends with her and talking to her facebook brought me closer and more comfortable with her. Heather was always well connected with singing and playing music during offertory. I did hear from my cousins girlfriend that goes to the school that she teaches at has had some type of relationship with a student but i couldn’t believe her. Now i should go and apologize to her. What Heather did deserves consequences, what she did is between her and God, i just hope this doesn’t affect our church in any way….Ill pray for you Heather.

Wow Roger A. grow up! Don’t hate just because you didn’t have a teacher who wanted sex with you. I know you’re just jealous of that 17yr old boy.

Proof? Who needs proof, she admitted it! I only wish I had that kind of “tutoring” in high school.
