The Kristen Johnston weight loss photos are dramatic and show the six-foot tall actress looking better than she has in years. Here she was two years ago:

“When actresses lose weight, people can think they are anorexic. It is important to me to say that is not the case here.” says Kristen Johnston, 40, proud that she has lost more than sixty pounds since her ulcer flared up in December 2006.

Kristen Johnson told reporters: “After a show, you’re so hopped up you have a couple of drinks with friends. ‘Yeah, I’ll stay for another round!”
That, plus a diet of “pizza, BLTs and fries, dinner at 11 p.m.,” caused Johnston to go from a size 6 to a size 12. “I was miserable,” she says.
After her bleeding ulcer caused her to spend weeks in the hospital, where “you take a hard look at your life,” Kristen stopped drinking alcohol and added more vegetables, oatmeal, salads with salmon and other healthy foods to her diet.

“I think it looks great. I feel amazing,” says Johnston in the latest edition of People magazine. “I no longer stress about my body. I’m in a happy place.”

I would not normally comment on weblogs however I am interested in this post so I was forced to do so. Going away from the subject slightly, what are your views concerning walking? Which is currently being showcased as the best exercise to burn fat.

I always try to less 1-2 days a week to start , so I mentally trick myself into belive its not hard. then increase a day each week. I a month I have cut back my daily intake and on the road to healthy weight.
