Casey Anthony Key Evidence – The duct tape found on the skull of Caylee Anthony is key evidence against Casey Anthony and so is her prosecution first on felony charges for check fraud.

The Henkel duct tape found on Caylee Anthony’s remains is a rare special fire-resistant version of the popular brand and that alone could be a major setback for Casey Anthony’s defense.
“This specific, industrial, fire-resistant tape is a tiny fraction of all the tape sold by Henkel.”
And what does this key evidence mean? “It is extremely rare” and “a crucial find,” a person close to the case said of the duct tape.
Prosecutors said September 3rd in court papers that they will explain how rare that tape is and that the prosecution will argue that the tape is a link between the body and Anthony.
The rare fire-resistant version of Henkel is eerily similar to duct tape found on a gas can in the Anthony home.

There was more bad news from the judge for Anthony’s defense team.
Judge Stan Strickland ruled today that her check-forgery trial will be scheduled before her first-degree murder trial in the death of her daughter, Caylee Anthony.
Casey Anthony allegedly stole and used former friend Amy Huizenga’s checks to purchase these items: “sexy lingerie, beer, the blue hoodie she wore the first time she was arrested, and her big, white sunglasses.”

This means in all likelihood that Casey Anthony will be a convicted felon, possibly on as many as 13 counts, before her murder trial starts October 12.
“If I were a prosecutor, the first question out of my mouth would be: Miss Anthony have you ever been convicted of a crime?” a local attorney said.
Casey Anthony would have to say yes.
“As soon as a jury hears that, it would be as though when a dog hears when you talk to a dog after you say it’s name. It’s just blah blah blah blah blah,” the attorney said.
The check forgery convictions could hurt Casey Anthony’s defense team in fighting the death penalty.
A previous conviction increases the possibility that the jury will recommend death and that the sentence would be upheld on appeal.
And that’s the latest news on the Casey Anthony key evidence.

I think that expertise results, since they proved to be extremely inaccurate, can be completely thrown out. Perhaps, this is not even Caley’s remains that were found, may be planted by someone.
Another thing, if the child was really killed, it might be by someone Casey crossed, offended, stole from, etc. Someone got back at her big time, which does not make her a murderer.
Her personality, no matter how bad, can not be so conveniently and automatically translated into murder.
