Wyatt Smitsky - The body of missing 4-year old Wyatt Smitsky was found in a septic tank 50 feet from his parents home and his father named a suspect by Pennsylvania state police.

Wyatt Smitsky, who’d already had three surgeries for a congenital heart defect, went missing while playing outside Friday evening with his two sisters, Tally,6, and Paige, 3.
Police interviewed both of his parents, John Smitsky Jr. and Terri Smitsky, and ultimately obtained a search warrant for the septic tank that named the father as a suspect. However, no charges have yet been filed.

“We have located the body of the child in a septic tank. We have a known suspect and anticipate filing charges,” said Trooper Robert Lagoon of the Beaver County state police barracks.
“It’s a homicide investigation,” said state police Lt. Thomas Dubovi. “We believe he could not have gotten into that septic tank by himself. The cover is too big for a 4-year-old boy.”
An autopsy was performed Sunday on Wyatt Smitsky, but Beaver County Coroner Teri Tatalovich-Rossi said Monday that more tests are needed.
John Smitsky maintains he had nothing to do with his son’s death.
“As far as he is concerned, it’s an accident,” Smitsky’s lawyer Joseph Horowitz said. “He’s just very upset about the loss of his son, and he wants to go home with his family.”
And that’s the latest news on the shocking death of 4-year old Wyatt Smitsky.

They say he drowned, so there is no evidence that the father did it. The case is not closed yet, give it time… he will be guilty.
Rest In Peace Wyatt, I love you<3
