Tiger Woods Rehab – Tiger Woods has entered rehab for sex addiction – and possible drug dependency – at a cushy Arizona facility called The Meadows in Phoenix.

“He has been there for a few days since his handlers forced him to enter the program,” a source tells reporters.

“They feel that if he blames his cheating on addiction, the public will forgive him.”

“Tiger wants to get back on top,” adds the source. “He agreed to put golfing on hold so he could show the world how badly he feels about what he’s done and to prove that he wants to correct the problems that led to his infidelity.”

The Meadows focuses on treating alcohol and drug addiction along with compulsive behaviors such as eating, gambling, sex, love addiction/avoidance and co-dependence.

While it seems obvious that Tiger Woods could be entering a facility for sex addiction, it was also reported that he had problems with prescription drug abuse (Ambien and painkillers), so it’s entirely possible that he’s being treated for multiple issues.
And that’s the latest news about The Meadows in Phoenix and Tiger Woods rehab.

Tiger Woods Apology
Tiger Woods finally went in front of the cameras to deliver a public apology today, in his first public appearance since his sex scandal broke in November.
“I am deeply sorry for my irresponsible and selfish behavior,” Woods told an audience of about 40 people at the TPC Sawgrass golf course. “I was unfaithful. I had affairs. I cheated. What I did is not acceptable. I owe it to my family to become a better person.”
Tiger said he’d eventually return to golf, but couldn’t say when.
Woods’ mother was on hand for the event, but Elin Nordegren was not.
Woods said he and his wife had “started the process of discussing” the damage his marriage had caused, but “as Elin pointed out to me my real apology to her will not come in the form of words. It will come from my behavior.”
