The Miss USA trip and fall was deja vu as last year’s Miss USA, Rachel Smith, tripped and fell during the evening gown competition at the Miss Universe 2007 pageant.
Crystle Stewart shook it off and and waved to the crowd after bouncing back to her feet, but she knew her chances of winning Miss Universe 2008 were gone.
