All the Ellen wedding plans details are driving talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and longtime girlfriend actress Portia de Rossi crazy with all the little to-dos and requests to attend.
Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi wed in front of 20 close friends. Portia wore a flowing, formfitting dress by Zac Posen and Ellen wore a tux!
Ellen’s wedding included flying in girlfriend Portia de Rossi’s family from Australia for the ceremony.
Ellen DeGeneres told reporters earlier, “How do I feel about it? I obviously feel like it’s long overdue. I think someday people will look back on this (California’s gay marriage ban) like women not having the right to vote and segregation and anything else that seems ridiculous that we don’t all have the same rights.”

Ellen DeGeneres Wedding Photos
Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi got married late Saturday afternoon at their Beverly Hills home.
Both Ellen and Portia looked ecstatic.
Elen wore a loose-fitting white chiffon shirt, white waistcoast and trousers while Portia wore a cream and pale pink halterneck dress by designer Zac Posen.
The sunset ceremony was attended by their closest friends and family members.
Ellen joked that she was going to use her Emmy as a wedding cake topper.

Wow- very elegant wedding ladies on their wedding! My- I know some straight girls who could benefit from fashion advice from Ellen to look elegant on their wedding day.

You both look great I must say……………………..Ellen I am a bit disappointed with you Ellen…I look at your show every night and I love it …I know that you are out with your sexuality but you have to realize that there are very young kids who watch your show.The wedding was great and everything but the fact that you showed that you were getting married to another woman is just not being a role model…I know that in these times almost everybody knows about woman being with woman and man being with man..I was not looking for that Ellen. I will continue to look at your show though.. congrats…

Ellen was honest to us and the kids. Or did you want her to pretend that she is getting married to a man in a wedding dress. I like your show Ellen its just that in Namibia we see it a few weeks later but its okay for now because the intrnet is still working. The youn entrepreneurs are hillarious especially the underwater seeing gadget. Keep up the good work and congrats………
