Rumors of Miley going topless
Here’s the supposed screenshot photo from Entertainment Tonight that everyone claims means Miley will be topless in the next Vanity Fair.
Supposedly, she is only covered by a sheet in the Vanity Fair picture above, but there is certainly nothing to see because it’s an over the shoulder photo.
Neither VF or ET are saying anything and yet the segment is supposedly going to air Monday night
Personally, I think it’s all a big hoax!

It might be true. Miley seems to be going for a more mature look these days. That dress she wore on the CMT awards show wasn’t your typical “I just turned 15″ dress because it was extremely low cut.
And then there’s all those racy photos of her that somehow keep getting “leaked”…
That kind of image makeover is several years too soon in my book. Don’t know what her dad is thinking, but that kind of photoshoot with Vanity Fair could backfire with Disney.

I agree that the VF photo should be considered “child pornography”! It is not what is seen in the photo but the look that was coaxed from this young woman that defines it as such. WHEN IS ENOUGH, ENOUGH!!?? The photographer and VF should NEVER have published this pic and should be apologizing all over themselves in an effort to avoid prosecution. Where were the adults here? As a parent of a Miley fan I think that people need to stop focusing on making her look bad she is a very positive role model for many young girls and to even compare her to other young girls that i will not mention because its not my place to judge is rediculous. How can you say that????? I too was a fan of Miley and my 11-year-old daughter listens to her, but that said, she is falling in to the Hollywood trap of doing whatever needs to be done to stand out and be noticed. My 11-year-old daughter also has the common sense to recognize Miley’s recent behaviour is not acceptable for a 15-year-old. Kudos to my well-raised and thoughtful child! I don’t think anyone is sitting back waiting for her to fail, on the contrary I, along with many others, believed Miley was one of the few wholesome young stars to emerge from Hollywood. All it takes is one act of poor judgment to start the ball rolling! How can I or you or anyone else condone this young woman of 15 years and encourage our daughters to accept her as a role model? I don’t want my 11-year-old daughter to look up to a teenager who is willing to pose naked on the cover of a major magazine and view her as a role model. Sorry if my opinion offends you, but if you feel her cover shots are acceptable and a reasonable view of where are teens and pre-teens should be looking for moral guidance then I feel you are terribly mis-guided.

I think (and this is only a matter of opinion) a 15 year girl (and her parents) were thought to believe that these photographs were to be tasteful and artistic. Notice at Vanityfair.com you can review actual photos of “the shoot”. There are 18 photographs of Miley just being a kid and having fun with a photo shoot. The “embarrassing” photographs in question are really not that bad in fact. Miley is wearing long pants and holding a sheet over the upper half of her body. She is completely, 100% covered (more so than if she was wearing a shirt). This to me is no different from wearing a tube top or a shirt off the shoulders. Some may see this as inaproprate but what is really wrong with this set of pictures? And yes of course she feels “embarrassed” a big deal has been made of something innocent and not a big deal. She has come forward and said she is embarrassed and she is sorry.
And as far as the other circulating digital photographs of Miley online. What kid doesn’t explore their body at her age? They photographs (online) of Miley still although she is in her underwear, she is covered. Janet Jackson has shown more than this young girl. Doesn’t seem much different then wearing a two piece to a public pool.
I guess the real question is “how petty are those who feel she should be ashamed or embarrassed?”

Personal i am a mother of a ten year old and i believe miley is a good role modle she is faced with many pressures just like every other girl in america and all over the world. The only difference is she is doing it in the public eye. Everbody is quick to pass judgement but look around nobody is doing a thing about the constant publications of things that contribute to our society poisoning our children. I LOVE Miley and she is a very talented and gifted young girl. As a Christian we have to uphold our integrity.
Yes it is not our place to judge and the truth of the matter is there will always be more people looking to bring you down rather then build you up.
We have to ask ourselves; “is our motive to uplift ourselves OR uplift GOD” and “will God be glorified through it,” if the answer to that is NO then we don’t need to be doing it. It is; that simple.
Miley still is in a great position to be a great role model and take any and all oppurtunities to show Christ through her life and life’s choices. That doesnt mean she has to preach the word lol just make better choices.
We (christians) are NOT perfect and we will fall sometimes, but we must learn from our mistakes and move forward for Him.
She has apologized and hopefully she has learnt from it. It is difficult enough to be young and in the lime light but it is even more so as a Christian and my encouragement to Miley and her family is to be in your word daily and to Glorify God with your life and do things in His power and strength and not your own for when we do things in our own strength we will fail.

Ok, i understand she’s 15. and my siblings and cousins do look up to her, but how is VF exploiting her, and wouldnt disney know the meaning of exploiting someone best…i would assume so, seeing as how tickets for her shows sell for $1,000 and all these ricdiculous things that come along with her fame. i think it’s a beautiful shot considering i dont like miley too much. but she’s gotta grow up someday. this is her way. i see nothing wrong with it. everyone needs to relax and appreciate the beauty of the photograph. there are no nipples showing, she had pants on, now whether or not her parents were around is not VF’s problem, is miley viewed the picture then she should’ve mentioned it to her parents. but she’s a teen. of course there are somethings you dont want to tell mommy & daddy…

well i hope i’m not repeating anything now but i think you still didn’t get the all the translations of the headlines that go with the pictures… i thought it might be still useful so here they are… i hope you can understand what they mean^^
1st pic: teenies adore the sitcom-star miley cyrus alias hannah montana, who bruce hendricks (probably the photograper =P) had observed with 3d cameras during a perfectly fancied up live-performance
2nd pic: … just as well as the singer miley cyrus….

i agree with tina: those headlines are totally silly. but i don’t give much to those magazines like vanity fair aso anyway… imao: crap^^
so please don’t think every german is as stupid as those people who make those statements…

I dont see the big deal. i was expecting something far more racy and to be honest i actually like the photos . i think she looks stunning. my daughter is a huge miley fan and this won’t stop me letting that continue. She’s a good role model and is no different to many other girls her age that I see anyway.

The only argument I have against these “racy photos” everyone is talking about is that she’s 15 years old. When I was 15 I was still wearing baggy jeans and a tshirt that had some cute catch-phrase. I don’t understand how people want younger and younger girls to look sexy. It’s gotten so bad that 5 year olds are wearing tube tops, make up, and mini skirts. Why? Because we want them to.
As for these photos, from what I’ve seen, they aren’t racy at all. They’re more an artistic than anything. She’s covered in all the photos (unlike some ADULTS we see on magazine covers now), including the dress pictured above. That dress IS all the rage, as someone else mentioned. Heck, I see 13 year olds putting on even worse clothing every day than that and yet they’re not criticized for it.
Personally, I say congrats to her. She’s growing up and she’s trying to break out of this cookie cutter image she has been in for years without causing her own morals to be compromised. I think she’ll do fine. Congrats, Miley. Good job.

I’d also like to point out that the picture with her father isn’t racy at all. Nor offensive. Why? Because you can see that just by walking past an Abercombie and Fitch store or look at one of their bags. I think it’s a very dramatic shot with her father. Something you’d put above the mantelpiece.

im kinda scared of annie lebovitz.. she thinks this picture is beautifull, well, it is. but i figured that this picture is beautifull and also scary ..its an artistic photo yet almost a naked photo of a 15 year old!. i mean.. lets imagine this photo is posed by angelina jolie or kate hudson, it would be beautifull but not scarry. not like this.
We all know that 15 year old girl doesn’t pose like this in her life. this picture represent something different.. irritatingly beautiful.. like if Annie took a 12 year old to do sexy pose in candle light.. beautiful.. but dont you feel irritated somehow ?? Its a mean thing to do to the model. why don’t Annie grab an ordinary-not-famous 15 year old to be her model. no ones is damaged. (well the model is but who cares she’s not famous..)
