Casey Anthony Bond Revoked - Mother of missing two-year old, Casey Anthony, may have her bond revoked after evidence that a corpse had decomposed in her car trunk surfaced.
Casey Anthony is the infamously uncaring mother of the missing and presumed dead toddler, Caylee Anthony, who it appears died after being locked in her mother’s car trunk.
Detectives with cadaver dogs said in July they detected the smell of human decomposition coming from the trunk of the Pontiac Anthony was driving when police began investigating the disappearance of her little girl, who was last seen more than two months ago.
The University of Tennessee “Body Farm” conducted the tests on the car’s air samples August 10, and their conclusion was released yesterday: a human corpse had been decomposing in the car trunk.
Caylee’s grandmother Cindy Anthony made a frantic 911 call in July to report that her daughter’s car smelled like a dead body.
Another round of tests on the car trunk has been ordered by the judge.
When the car was impounded by police, there were scratch marks on the inside of the trunk lid, along with Caylee Anthony’s Dora the Explorer backpack and other personal items as well as a “washed” table knife.
Celebrity bounty hunter Leonard Padilla - star of the National Geographic series “Bounty Hunters” - said discussions arose about whether to take back the $500,000 bail bond he and his nephew put up to bail 22-year-old Casey Anthony out of jail last week.
Death threats have been received by Anthony’s family and Casey has not been communicating with the bail bondsmen as previously agreed.
The decision on revoking her bail will be based upon those factors, plus new charges being weighed by the State once the additional test results come back.
Investigators remained mum on whether a plea deal had been offered reducing the proposed charges to second degree murder if Casey would lead detectives to where Caylee’s body was buried.

Anthony has been offered a conditional immunity deal by authorities if she helps with the search, MYFOXOrlando.com reported, but she only has until Thursday to accept the agreement, which is contigent upon concrete information that leads to the discovery of Caylee or her remains.
State Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Danielle Tavernier confirmed that Anthony had been invited to meet with authorities to “shed light” on the disappearance of her daughter.
She declined further comment, but MyFOXOrlando.com reported that Anthony did meet secretly with state’s attorney representatives.

Celebrity bounty hunter Leonard Padilla told FOX News just now that it looks like the $500,000 bond he and his nephew put up to bail 22-year-old Casey Anthony out of jail last week will be revoked, and she will be heading back to jail on Saturday.

That could force Casey Anthony to return to jail unless she can find another way to cover the $500,000 bail.
Anthony was freed last Thursday. Her family said that would help find missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony.
But bounty hunter Leonard Padilla says the 22-year-old mother hasn’t cooperated with authorities.

(AP) - A bounty hunter who helped free the mother of a missing Florida toddler said Friday that he won’t try to withdraw her bail after all.
Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla had said a day earlier that he would ask associates to revoke the $500,000 bail they posted for Casey Anthony, 22, last week. That would likely have forced her to return to jail.
He said he had concerns about the safety of Anthony and her family, but those concerns were being addressed after a meeting Friday with Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez. Both Padilla and Baez declined to discuss the concerns.
Police say Anthony is a person of interest in the disappearance of her daughter, 3-year-old Caylee, who hasn’t been seen since mid-June. Casey Anthony didn’t report her missing until July.
She faces charges of child neglect, obstruction and making false statements.
The State Attorney’s Office consulted Baez about the possibility of extending limited immunity to Casey Anthony, according to e-mails from prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick. Under the offer, Anthony would provide statements to investigators, but prosecutors couldn’t use them against her in court. They could, however, use any evidence they find as a result.
Burdick said the offer is set to expire Tuesday. A spokeswoman for Baez said he will not discuss any conversations he has had with law enforcement.
Padilla said after his meeting with Baez on Friday that Anthony can remain free on bond as long as he is convinced she is safe.
Her family said freeing her on bond would help find Caylee.
But Padilla said Anthony has not been cooperating with efforts to find Caylee since her release from jail. There is a $225,000 reward for Caylee’s return. Baez declined comment on the allegation that Anthony is not being helpful.

Man pleads guilty in shooting at party
Anthony Roman Marquez admitted taking part in the deadly shooting of 20-year-old Diego Diaz, at a Fontana party organized by party crews, during court proceedings Tuesday.
Marquez pleaded guilty to one count of assault with a deadly weapon, under the terms of a plea bargain, during his appearance in Fontana Superior Court.
Diaz was shot and killed Oct. 28, while on the dance floor at a party organized by various dance crews at a residence in the 8000 block of Alder Avenue.
Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and found Diaz inside, suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.
Marquez, 20, is scheduled to return to court Sept. 30 for sentencing. He was released on his own recognizance pending sentencing, according to court records.

Please, post a link to where it says the scratch marks were inside of the trunk. I have never seen that validated anywhere in the court docs released or in any news articles.

Please provide a link to any documentation regarding the scratches being on the inside of the trunk. I have not seen that reported anywhere else in the released legal docs or in news articles. This si a significant detail, so if you can recall the specific link to that info, it would be very helpful.

Nancy, why are you stating this is a “racial” issue? This has nothing to do with Casey Anthony’s color! The immunity deal is on the table because they want to find Caylee’s body! They are bargaining with her to find the body! That does NOT mean she will not be charged with Caylee’s murder if the circumstances and evidence point in that direction. As for the bail issue, almost everyone for most offenses are given the opportunity to make bail, if they can make it or find a bail bondsman who will make it, they can get out of jail pending trial.

Yesterday Leonard Padilla said that he was “Off” Kasey
Anthony’s bond. In my opinion that is just his way of
hedging around without revoking the bond as he said
that he would. AKA Mr. “Wishy-Washy” would be a great

I can’t sleep thinking about what could have happen to caylee and it really makes me sad to know that there’s so many females that will give their life to have a baby and can’t. I really hope caylee is ok. May God be with her. I pray for the safe return of caylee home.

She is getting immunity from the obstruction charges and false statement charges, NOT the MURDER!! And she probably doesnt know that because once again Casey is an idiot!! If she leads authorities to the girl then they do an autopsy, discover foul play, charge Casey then she is in jail, hopefully executed!! “Neck breaking” and “household weapons” were among the Google searches done on a computer available to the mother of missing Florida toddler Caylee Anthony, newly released court documents show.
The 3-year-old girl’s mother Casey Anthony is behind bars on first-degree murder, manslaughter and other charges. She has pleaded not guilty and is awaiting a January trial. She faces life in prison if convicted of killing Caylee.
Someone performed the Internet searches on the Anthony family home computer. Casey Anthony, 22, lived with her daughter at her parents’ house in Orlando until shortly before the tot vanished in mid-June.
On March 17, someone searched for “peroxide,” “acetone,” “alcohol,” “shovels” and “lost numbers,” as well as how to make chloroform, on the same computer using Google, according to the documents.
Traces of chloroform, which is used to induce unconsciousness, were found in the trunk of Anthony’s car during forensic testing by a Tennessee lab.
Cell phone records include text messages in which Casey calls herself “the worst mother,” and Caylee a “little snothead,” according to the documents.

Caylee Anthony Body Found
Orange County deputies said a meter reader found the remains of a young child this morning in the area of S. Chickasaw Trail and Suburban Drive — less than 1/4 mile from the Anthonys’ home on Hopespring Drive.
Spokesman Jim Solomons of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said the remains were found in a large plastic bag.
Todd Black, the spokesman for Casey Anthony’s defense attorney, said the utility worker picked up the bag and a skull rolled out of it.
Residents said duct tape was found around the skull, but those reports have not been confirmed by law-enforcement official.
“We certainly hope it isn’t [related to the Anthony case],” Black said. “If it is, it is a sad day.”
Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary is at the crime scene and said, “we are trying to put it all together.” The sheriff also said there are no other cases of missing children in Orange County.
Beary said the FBI was notified and their investigators told him the discovery is a top priority for the agency’s lab.
Dr. Lee Jantz, coordinator of the forensic anthropology center at the University of Tennessee, told the Associated Press that it is more difficult to identify a child’s body than an adult’s.
Jantz said the first thing medical examiners will do is compare photos of the child with the skull, in hopes of making a bone structure comparison. In high-profile cases the DNA of the bones will also be tested.
Anthony’s defense attorney Jose Baez, walked out of Orange County Jail shortly after 1:33 p.m. and he was surrounded by media cameras and reporters. He would not speak about the remains. He said he would comment later today.
EquuSearch volunteer Deborah Smith said she searched the area three times and had “a bad feeling” because Anthony had mentioned her daughter was nearby.
“It still feels like she’s, she’s close to home,” Anthony told her brother Lee Anthony in a recorded telephone conversation in July. “That’s still my best feeling at the moment.”
Smith said the area where the remains were found is “really wet and steep and there’s lots of snakes back there.”
Three-year-old Caylee Marie Anthony was reported missing July 15. Anthony was indicted in October on first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child and four counts of providing false information to law enforcement.
Anthony is being held without bail at the Orange County Jail.
Cindy and George Anthony have insisted that their granddaughter is alive.
Captain Angelo Nieves of the sheriff’s office said investigators “right now cannot confirm the sex of the child.” Nieves said lead investigator John Allen called George and Cindy Anthony about the discovery. The Orange County Jail was also notified.
Nieves said forensic detectives are inspecting the remains. A medical examiner and FBI detectives are also at the scene.
Sheriff’s office patrol cars are blocking Suburban Drive at Hopespring Drive. Yellow crime scene tape surrounds a section of woods near the intersection.
EquuSearch spokeswoman Mandy Albritton said their workers did not check that location earlier because it was submerged in water when they had looked in September. When they returned in November, the site had been fenced off.
