Heather Locklear Arrested: Mug Shot – Pics of Heather Locklear getting arrested and her mug shot, looking totally whacked out of her mind on prescription pills.
Seems Heather Locklear got arrested for being too messed up to drive and all she has to show for it is this goofy mug shot.
Police were called when Locklear started driving erratically in a Montecito, CA parking lot, revving her engine loudly and backing over a pair of sunglasses several times.
By the time officers arrived Heather had already pulled away, but the California Highway Patrol then found Locklear’s car parked alongside a state highway and blocking a lane. Gotta love that picture of Heather Locklear pushing the car off the highway!
In this photo, an officer is seen administering a breathalyzer test.
Although alcohol was not a factor, CHP officers determined she was under the influence of something and arrested Locklear.
Here is a photo of Heather Locklear being placed in handcuffs.
She was later released without having to post bail.
