Obama Birth Certificate – Here is a copy of the Barack Obama birth cerificate that is the center of attention in a last-minute election controversy.

When we first wrote about the Obama birth certificate story back in June, the Obama camp hadn’t yet released a copy.
Now, questions still swirl around Obama’s citizenship as some claim his Hawaii Certification of Live Birth is fraudulent. In fact, there is a federal lawsuit over questions surrounding the birth certificate.
Philip Berg, a former assistant deputy attorney general in Pennsylvania, questioned the authenticity of Obama’s Hawaiian birth certificate in his lawsuit.
A Philadelphia judge rejected the challenge about whether Obama met U.S. residency requirements to qualify for office.
Judge R. Barclay Surrick denied the request for a temporary restraining order, but did not dismiss the lawsuit, the newspaper reported.
Here is a picture of Obama’s parents, Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Dunham.

Some claim that Obama was born in his father’s home country of Kenya, but that’s just not the case.
Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, secretly married his father Barack Hussein Obama – a native Kenyan studying at the University of Hawaii – in Maui on February 2, 1961 when she was three month pregnant with his child, only telling family and friends afterwards.
Obama was born in Honolulu on August 4, 1961, six months after his parents married.

Bottom line is that his Hawaii birth certificate is real, plus a U.S. passport was issued for him at age 6 to travel to Indonesia with his stepfather and mother.

Obama with his baby sister, mother and stepfather.
And that’s the latest news on the Barack Obama Birth Certificate.

I don’t buy it. The fact is his mothers passport shows she went to south africa and the date of her return.
that date is 8 months after his birth. The cretificate was not brought forth not because he had something to hide but because it didn’t exist. The certificate you show is also on the Wrong type of paper. this type of form was not used in Hawaii untill the 70’s therefore the certificate you show is either a reprint or a fake, NOT the original.

The Hawaiian long-form vault birth certificate might be a stalking horse; if ever disclosed, its contents might actually be fraudulent. But whatever claim Obama might have had to U.S. citizenship was lost when his mother, the custodial parent, acquired Indonesian citizenship and took up residence in Indonesia with her minor child, which at that time automatically cost her and her son any rights they might have had to U.S. citizenship. (It is assumed that Obama was Stanley Ann Dunham’s son, but this has not been established by DNA analysis, nor has his paternity been scientifically confirmed.) It might be argued that Obama’s presidential tenure can be ratified and confirmed by retroactive constitutional amendment or legislation, or both. There should be a thorough Congressional investigation to determine what, if any, constitutional amendment or legislation would achieve this purpose. Presidential electors have no authority to amend the constitution or legislate regarding citizenship status, so their votes do not resolve the matter. Even if Obama’s disqualification were papered over by retroactive constitutional amendment or legislation (and the better view is that it could not) his false claim to natural born citizenship in his campaigning for and exercising the office of president would seem to be high crimes and misdemeanors, grounds for impeachment.
