Turns out that YoThatDopePic.com doesn’t have your pictures or any pics of anyone else. It’s all part of a huge spam and scam that tries to trick people into logging in at the YoThatDopePic website.

Once you enter your email and password, this scam website asks you to pick the website that referred you to see your pics.

As soon as you make the selection, their automated script goes to that website – Say MySpace or Facebook – and logs in as you. Then their script sends messages to all your friends saying “is this u on yothatdopepic.com?”

Each spam message they send includes a little javascript file that grabs the profile pic of the person reading the message. That way, they think their pictures on on this yothatdopepic website and go there to investigate why their pics are there.

So, that’s how the tricky spam messages keeps people coming there and next, they try to make some money off you.

You’ll see a message on the website that the “friend” who referred you has reserved a “free gift” for you like a free cellphone or free ringtones and that you have to check it out before you can see you pics.

Well, it turns out that you have to sign up for a whole bunch of merchant offers to qualify for your free gift and once you complete those offers, then you can see your pics.

Bottom line? There are no pictures of you at this stupid YoThatDopePic website.

It’s all a huge scam that’s been going on for two years now. The scam involves hundreds of identical spam and scam websites just like YoThatDopePic.com.
