These Mary Delgado pictures show the former NFL cheerleader with Byron Velvick, the Pro Bass fisherman who has stood by her after her November 2007 arrest for punching him in the face.
Delgado, 41, reportedly got into an argument with employees at Lorina’s Cantina, a local bar in Texas, after she was asked to leave because of her intoxicated state.
After she refused to leave, police were called. Mary then argued that it was her “constitutional right” to remain at the bar as long as she pleased.
After arguing with employees and refusing to leave the bar, police officials showed up. Mary then again refused to leave arrest and was subsequently arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication and resisting arrest.
Delgado and Velvick have been dating since their 2004 reality show hookup. No word on whether her latest arrest has postponed their supposed 2008 nuptials.
Velvick has been living with Maribel Liliana Delgado since proposing on The Bachleor.
