Miss California Lawsuit – Fired ex-beauty queen Carrie Prejean filed a lawsuit against Miss California pageant, alleging religious discrimination and libel.

Prejean also alleged that pageant officials slandered her by leaking word about the pageant paying for her breast implants to improve her chances of winning the Miss USA pageant.
